The secure connection to our service
Remote access to your Hennecke machines via the Internet
Based on the 360°SMART services, our browser-based customer portal provides a secure platform with comprehensive functionality for internet-based remote maintenance and support.
The system integrates seamlessly into existing infrastructures and operates reliably within your network. Alternatively, connections can be established via DSL or mobile networks.
All connection methods meet the strict security requirements of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and are protected by modern authentication and encryption technologies. Additionally, the machine network is strictly separated from the office network to prevent unauthorized access.
Technical Connectivity and Secure Remote Maintenance
The required technology is already integrated as part of process data acquisition (PDE) in every Hennecke system with a PC terminal.
For systems with PLC-only automation, remote access is provided via a Remote Service Router (RSR)*.
Both solutions require minimal firewall configuration, as all communication runs through a single port:
- Protocol: HTTPS via port 443 (IP address 195.135.184.93)
- Protocol: OpenVPN via port 443 (IP address 195.135.184.122)
We will never access your network from the outside. All connections are initiated exclusively from within your network to the destinations service.hennecke.com or securevpn.hennecke.com. Your firewall therefore only needs to allow outgoing connections via port 443 to the 360°SERVICE portal. External access is not possible.
Optionally, you can enable the required ports only for the duration of the remote service session. For configuration, we only require minimal information about your existing internet connection.
